Backup Types :
- Full backup for Servers/Workstations
- Incremental backup Servers/Workstations
- Differential backup Servers/WorkstationsÂ
- Destination Location -Image location can be NAS, SAN, Cloud and any other shared or local drive (As per Business Requirements).
- Backup Scheduling -Scheduling can be anything like hourly, daily, weekly and Monthly (As per Business Requirements).
- Retention policies -Ensure we have at least two full backups for workstations and four for servers or as per business requirements.

Failed/Missed Backups and Replication :
- Ensure email notifications/reports are configured for the backup solution.
- Checking the backup dashboard/report for failure alerts on daily basis.Check failures and remediate.
- Test Restores- Ensure test restores is getting performed in accordance with the list shared by the client. Once in 3 months for all endpoints.
