- Check the threat dashboard/report on weekly basis on RMM.
- Troubleshoot the infected machines.
- AV/AM Upgrade
Patching
- Configuration of patching via RMM based on end-client specifications
- Perform monthly patch approval and denial
- Escalate product support issues and coordinating case support to RMM software vendor
- ProVal will ensure a minimum average patch score of 90% on servers, and 80% on
- workstations, measured by RMM. (Based on the current health, it may take up to 3 months to bring the endpoints to the respective health score)
