Patching

  • Escalate product support issues and coordinating case support to RMM software vendor
  • ProVal will ensure a minimum average patch score of 90% on servers, and 80% on
  • workstations, measured by RMM. (Based on the current health, it may take up to 3 months to bring the endpoints to the respective health score)
